Chris Winter
Chris Winter has been a Board Member since 1998 and
has been past President, Vice President, and sat on the Negotiations,
Heartland Training, and Heartland Communications Committees. His
education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and an
Associate’s Degree in Fire Science. Chris has a sound understanding of
the District’s goals and needs. He is always fiscally responsible in his
decision making.
Chris Winter is a 27-year veteran of El Cajon Fire Department, where he
is currently a Fire Captain. Chris has also been a San Diego County
certified Paramedic since 1988. He has been married for almost 24 years
and has two children. He encourages anyone to contact him to discuss his
views on any District issue.
